With her Bachelors Degree in Management, she has developed a company that has sustained over 13 years in the business, working for amazing organizations such as the Entrepreneurs and Professionals Network (EPNet); the National Bar Association; the City of Praise Family Ministries; and Placement-Ready Staffing Agency just to name a few. She has also help hundreds of people land their dream jobs by developing outstanding resumes and executive bio's that grab recruiters' attention.

2009 - HYATTSVILLE, MARYLAND I found myself on bedrest, pregnant with my fourth child at the tender age of 40. We were in the height of the mortgage crash, a recession, and we were facing foreclosure. I knew I could nothing to change the country's dilemma, but I could make a small contribution to keep people hopeful. I had a vision that if we could band together, we could get through that very difficult time...and my idea worked.
That vision led me to create a group on Facebook called, "Helping Those Searching for Employment" as a way for people to use our network to connect job seekers with those that knew of companies that were hiring. We have posted thousands of jobs for free. Those people were going to need resumes to get the recruiters' attention. I began writing affordable resumes that get positive results. Soon afterwards, I began developing marketing campaigns and material that was getting outstanding reviews for new businesses. It was then, I decided to turn my passion into a business. In July of 2009, I birthed The Power of Two Enterprises and the The Power of Two Marketing Services, LLC.
Fast forward to 2023, my FB Group has grown to over 23,000 members, and 99% of the of resumes I have written, have landed my clients the careers they desired. After writing KNOW THAT I KNOW BETTER, I created MaliStaar Publishing. It was initially created to be the publishing house for all my personally written books, but people kept asking for advice on how to create their books. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, I launched my first class, THE SECRET RECIPE TO PUBLSIHING BETTER in 2020. Since then, we have released 5 fully published books, several eBooks, and coached several people with taking their stories out their head and getting them onto paper.
